Ultrasonic non-contact sensing for overhead, underground and industrial tanks.
The IoT tank-level device uses ultrasonic sensing to monitor overhead tanks. It prevents overflow, protects against empty-tank conditions and enables automatic pump operation based on real-time water level.
Non-contact ultrasonic sensors don't touch the water, so there's no fouling, no corrosion and no calibration drift over time. They work in clean potable water and slightly turbid storage tanks alike, with a measurement accuracy of typically ±0.5% of full range.
When level falls below the low-threshold, the device signals the paired pump panel to start. When level reaches the high-threshold, the pump stops. This eliminates overflow waste and dry-run damage. All level events are logged to the PHMC dashboard for usage reporting.
