A platform provided as a service to municipal authorities and water boards. SmartFill digitises municipal water-sale points — tanker drivers scan a QR code at the filling point, the system authorises the transaction, fills the tanker, cuts off supply automatically when complete and deducts the amount from the tanker owner's prepaid wallet.
Driver pulls up to the water point. Opens the mobile app, taps the Scan QR button, scans the QR panel on the kiosk. System checks the tanker owner's wallet balance, authorises the fill and opens the valve. Water flows through a flow meter. When the requested quantity is delivered, the system snaps the valve shut and deducts the amount from the wallet. Owner gets a real-time notification. Officer sees the fill appear on the live revenue dashboard.
